Prayer Team

The Prayer Team at Grace is a group of individuals that minister to the church body with prayer and supplication.

Prayer at the Worship Service*

The Prayer Team is available for prayer after the Sunday service in Palo Alto (at the front of the auditorium), or by confidential prayer requests via email to GracePresPrayer@gmail.com.*

Should I Come Forward for Prayer?
Yes! Anyone and everyone is welcome to come forward for prayer -- regardless of where you are in your faith journey. If you're struggling with questions or doubt, we'd love to pray for you. If you have specific or general prayer requests, come forward for prayer. If you have praises for ways God is working in your life, we'd love to join you in that praise in prayer.

*While we respect privacy, information shared with a member of the prayer team are not covered under religious confidentiality rules. Furthermore, we believe we have  a moral and ethical obligation before God to report crimes and suspected crimes to the relevant authorities. Finally, some members of our prayer team may be mandated reporters in their profession and have a legal obligation to report crimes and suspected crimes. Therefore, our operating assumption as a prayer team is the same as those of a mandated reporter as defined by the laws of California. Crimes and suspected crimes will be shared with members of the session (our ruling and teaching elders) and reported to the relevant authorities.
